Game Maker Design a Logo Contest!!

Are you good at graphic designing?  How about getting some cash and publicity for it!
The old Game Maker logo is getting kind of bland.  So, YoYo Games has set up a new contest for designing a new Game Maker logo!

Deadline for entry : 9:00 AM (GMT) on October 26, 2009

Prize : $250 and a free edition of Game Maker 8 Pro.

Filetype : high definition bitmap image (.bmp)

Minimum size : 640*480

Send to : newlogo@yoyogames.com

Other info : You must have a PayPal account to recieve $250 for prize money.  YoYo Games will recieve all rights for your logo.  Do not submit if you do not agree for this ownership.  If your logo has text, then do not have the single letters “GM”.  This is a trademark for General Motors car manufacturing company.  It is best if the logo does not have words, so the logo can be used globally.  Sandy says “I’m looking to replace them both with a single graphic that I can use in any Game Maker situation…web page, book, press release etc… I can always add the words “Game Maker” later, so I guess the answer is I’m looking more for the red ball…but I won’t be keeping the other bits !!“.
