Wow, it has been so long since anybody made a post here…

So I guess a new post will be one about me returning!

I have been gone from here for a loooooooooong time…  but now I’m back.

My schoolwork has kept me really busy, but now that my exams are done, I decided to return to my friends here.

Now that I’m here, there will be more posts on the AKHlog about the Ultisoft Company, YoYo Games, and just general stuff about what’s happening around the world (ex: the Iraq War).

Although, during some of my spare time, I started on the re-creation of the Ultisoft Company.  I have made the UC logo, plus I have made a mascot for the Mr.Smes! operating system.  This is what they turned out to be:

The Mr.Smes! operating system will be released around 2012, when Aaron goes to Tafe and learns more about it.  In the meantime, once I get Game Maker 7 Pro, I will be making software that will be released for the system.

Plus, I am redesigning the features of the Mr.Smes! OS.

On my first post EVER on the AKHlog, I posted this for the features of the operating system:

“No-click Keyboards – are u tired of ur annoying keyboard click-click?  get the mrsmes os and u have silent padded keyboards so u can sneak around on ur parents computers even more silently!!  ; Mind Reading Hardware — do what u want on ur comp as fast as u can with hardware that can transform brain-waves into A++ code!!! ;  and more coming later……”

After I thought it through, mind reading hardware is really unlikely to happen, especially when we are just figuring out how the OS can happen.

So, here are the new features that will be on it:

• A++ Code does not exist.  Instead, for commands to run, you will have to create software for Mr.Smes! with a code called sCODE.
• sCODE will change into a GML command when executed.  Here is an example of sCODE:

sCODE Command: print.text(string,x,y)

GML Command: draw_text(x,y,string)

• No-click keyboards will be released seperatly.  Any other type of keyboard that works with Windows or Mac will be compatible with the Mr.Smes! system.
• Mr.Smes!’s Test version will be formatted on Windows.  When Windows boots up, the Mr.Smes! system files will be executed, and the system will be opened.  When we aquire more knowledge about making an operating system from scratch, then the Mr.Smes! system will run on its own basis on version1.0.
• Mind-reading hardware will not be sold until the late future.  It is a possibility on later versions of the system, but Mr.Smes!version1.0 will defiantly not have it.
• Mr.Smes! will have functions of Mac and Windows combined, but with more functions.
• The Hawk’s Dock will be nothing but software released with the system.  It will be possible to uninstall THD at any time you wish on the system.  It is not a “sub-os”, it is just a tool for easy access, like the dock on Mac PCs.
• More functions and information will be released later, stay tuned.
